Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery within the region is free for all orders above $100. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes between 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will then prepare your package and dispatch it within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive tracking details once the item is shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email automatically after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account dashboard at any time.

Do you offer gift packaging?

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your bank statement. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and secure online gateways.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll arrange for a free return and either send a replacement or process a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is "package tracking" in my orders?
